Science prize for TCP co-director Fabian Leendertz

Fabian Leendertz is working with TCP since over 20 years, investigating the disease outbreaks in the Tai chimpanzees. He and his team do extraordinary work in trying to understand the interconnection of chimpanzee health, with the health of other wildlife, human health and environmental factors. His One Health approach in the Tai National Park has now earned him the Hamburg Science Prize for One Health. Congratulations to Fabian and his team for their work and their contribution to the protection of the wildlife in the Tai National Park.
